SHIPPING POLICY

We currently only offer shipping within USA. Free shipping is available on all orders and is applied automatically. 

Orders are fulfilled within one business day and you can expect to receive your order within 4-8 days. 

RETURNS + REFUNDS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your HLDM Flower Holder or cemetery vases, we are here to help.

You have 30 days to return your item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the HLDM Flower Holder or cemetery vase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method. Returns are free.
